Early Days
Direct IME was one founded by two brothers in the early nineties who understood the medical complexities claims managers faced in dealing with accident benefits claims. From humble beginnings, we helped pioneer industry standards, and now provide auto, disability, workers' compensation, and mental health services nationally with service centers in Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario and dozens of clinics. The company first received CARF accreditation for Independent Medical Evaluations in 2012.

Direct IME takes a holistic, methodical, and compassionate approach to meeting the needs of clients and the person's served. The company understands the link between physical and mental health. Today we are pleased to include mental health treatment making our approach truly holistic and achieving better outcomes.
